Beneficiaries

We are proud to host many events in order to raise awareness and raise much-needed funds for local charities and non-profit organizations. We select these groups based on their relevancy to our central goals or regional issues that affect us with immediate neccessity. These organizations either have a history of providing excellent services and a great team or can be a new concept that would fulfill a certain need within the community. Almost entirely of the proceeds from our events go directly to our beneficiaries.

We appreciate and support the efforts of these outstanding local non-profit organizations:

TNDC . . . . . December 2002: The TNDC - Our charter beneficiary, this incredible organization works to rehabilitate downtown San Francisco's Tenderloin District, provides job-training and affordable housing for the homeless, supports children at risk and a great deal more.

art span . . . . . March 2003: ArtSpan - more than 25 years of dedication and hard work building bridges between the visual arts community and the general public.

Localpatron . . . . . April 2003: Localpatron - working directly with artists, patrons will form relationships that strengthen our community and help sustain local art. These relationships help participants identify themselves as true patrons of the arts and recognize the importance of the patronage relationship.

root division . . . . . May 2003: Root Division - an art collective and movement as well as a budding non-profit, they aspire to provide space for artists to work in conjunction with a local teaching program for students in need.

save the bay . . . . . June 2003: Save The Bay - established in 1961, this organization seeks to preserve, restore and protect the San Francisco Bay and Delta Estuary as a healthy and biologically diverse ecosystem.
