Haute/Nouvelle Cuisine
We are honored to present the talent of up-and-coming chefs from the very best of San Francisco fine dining establishments. The dishes they prepare are stellar and the presentation incredible to behold. Over the past year, we have featured many individuals from such restaurants as Boulevard, Farallon, Bizou, Aqua and many others. For this enchanted evening, we bring to the floor: Chefs Charlotte March (Chez Panisse, Zax) hailing from French Culinary Institute and Gregory E. Mahuna (Eos, Bacar) coming from Hawaii.

Iron Chef Competition
Two contestants from rival culinary schools and restaurants will battle it out coliseum-style using a secret ingredient. Using only their wits and resources limited to them, they will go head-to-head to create the most original and tantalizing entrees from their culinary arsenal. The best part: These delicacies are to be judged by the people!
